Brutal Legend soundtrack...is brutal.

Brutal Legend is coming out in a couple of months but they released the video below to demonstrate how awesome the soundtrack will be on the game. I admit this post is kind of directed towards the Lightbulb Detective Agency but everyone can marvel at the miracle of the Rubik's cube.

Remember Mega Man on the 2600?

Well, the folks at the wonderful art show, I am 8-Bit, wanted to see if they could make a Mega Man game using the same programming language as the original Atari game creators. Not surprisingly they succeeded.

Though it was only this one level available for play at the art show, a few of the 8-Bit artists continued to work on it and have now in fact a fully playable Mega Man cartridge for the Atari 2600. Check out the video below for the art show level.

I was lucky to stumble upon a site today, Atari2600.com, that sells Atari 2600 memorabilia like the mobile pictured above. They also have Activision patches for sell and I'm seriously looking over a few. They also have other systems and game magazines available for purchase.

I actually remember seeing this mobile in Wal-Mart when I was but a whelp, 79 cents would have been the price of taking this awesome art home to your house...but that was like three games of Robotron 2084 with 4 four cents left over at the time.
