It seems you will be able to have access to Shockwave, the sporty looking fellow above, if you walk into your local Gamestop and lay a measly five 'earthman' dollars for a pre-order of War for Cybertron.
I can only hope that you get my made up achievement in the game if you decide to blast Megatron at some point in a firefight.
