A little research though showed up what the pillow is for:
"Japanese developer Acquire is holding a two-part tournament for its PSP title Gladiator Begins — the first leg is at their office in Akihabara on February 11, and the second part is on February 21 at the Nakano Broadway K-Cafe. All participants will receive a photo of Gladiator Girl, Chitashichina."
So whomever gets first place in this tournament gets that pillow. Creepy.
