Metroid: Other M Intro Video.
I'm pretty impressed by the opening for this upcoming Wii title, in fact, I believe hits the shelves tomorrow! I was brought low by the Metroid Prime release on the Nintendo GameCube, for some reason I just couldn't get the hang of it, I would keep picking it up and then putting it down. I believe I am not the only one but research shows that it did very well in sells, so maybe the game was just too tough for an old gamer like me?

I'm sad. There are now more Metroid games that I *haven't* played than ones I have.

JPW, I believe we are getting what the kids in the know now call...old.
It's typical of Nintendo. As everyone gets a little sick of one mascot they dust another one off and throw it at the rabid kiddies.
I lost interest in the newer Metroid games as they became more about the spectacle rather then game play.
Crit, I hear you. I'll be honest though...I have a feeling this one might be different. At least I hope I'm proved wrong. :)
What would be awesome is if they went back to a more traditional side scrolling adventure. Much like they did with the Super Mario Bro's they did for the DS.
True. I wouldn't be upset with that in the least. :)
